Tours, Lawn Games, & Lemonade at Cheney Homestead Open House

September 6 will be a special day of outdoor games and fun for the whole family. We’ll celebrate the official end of summer by offering an assortment of lawn games for visitors to try out and enjoy when visiting the Homestead Museum and Keeney Schoolhouse for a tour. The games are self-directed and appropriate for all ages.  Complimentary lemonade will be available. Questions? Meet our knowledgeable volunteer guides. Generally open seasonally, the first and third Sundays of the month from noon to 2:00 p.m., plus special events throughout the year.
