DESCRIPTION:View major examples of re-use of buildings in this one-mile walk in the Historic District\, with special guests. Mill buildings now apartments; firehouse now a museum. Moderate pace along sidewalks. We’ll also visit the Cheney Homestead\, built in 1785 and opened in 1969 as a house museum.

DESCRIPTION:Tours of the 1785 house and one-room Keeney schoolhouse\, with activities for all — mini-concerts\, weaving demonstrations\, quilt shows\, etc. Come and visit for 10 minutes or two hours. Meet our knowledgeable volunteer guides. Generally open seasonally\, the first and third Sundays of the month from noon to 2:00 p.m.\, plus special events throughout the year.
